I've been running this business for 11 years and until a few years ago I was customer services. Looking after our clients, making sure everything was okay and ticking over.
But as we’ve grown, it's been impossible for me to do that on my own.
First Vanessa Mole took on the role. She's now moved into operations and today we have Vicki Bailey heading up customer services division.
The reason for today’s shout out is the lovely things our clients are telling me.
One had a bit of a catastrophe recently and rang Vicki. This client literally went from panicking to feeling like Vicki had put a warm blanket around them. How cute is that?
Vicki's also capable of making sense of stuff. She's a bit of a spreadsheet queen – so if a system or process isn't quite making sense, Vicki has an innate ability to listen, reorganize it and make sense of it.
I hear other things about what an incredible sounding board she is.
So, today's shout out is for Vicki Bailey, who quietly in the background supports every single one of our members, creating an environment where they can reach out for anything.
