Today's shout out is for the fabulous Louise Lyons.
Louise joined BBB in January, and she joined us as sales support. So as the business is growing, we're getting inquiries. We've got some campaigns running. Louise is here to really support myself and the team with people who are interested in becoming BBB members.
What I love about Louise is she's made impact instantaneously. She's one of these ladies who like everything just so. She's come in, organized the entire sales operation, systems, processes, the technology we use. It's all organized, we are super-efficient and we're doing a cracking job.
I also regularly get really lovely feedback from prospects that Louise has spoken to, to say what a lovely person she is, how she's done a good job and how knowledgeable she is about what we do at BBB.
