Life has been particularly challenging since the beginning of this year. It feels at the moment like I’m getting punched repeatedly by the universe…
I share this not for sympathy but for anyone out there that is feeling the same. I know I’m not alone.
Just to be clear, I am kick arse, a tiger, a warrior. I’m super good at what I do. I’ve created an amazing business with an incredible team and gorgeous members. I’m purposeful, driven, focussed and I have a beautiful man who still makes me laugh out loud after 14 years.
But life is not always easy and many of us are going through a lot as we evolve and try to align and re-align our lives with what’s coming up for us to face in these extremely challenging times. Things will inevitably change and this brings its own set of challenges, fears and doubts.
