What did we get from this session?
• Some people have smashed it in 2022 and are leveraging that momentum in 2023
• Every one of those who found 2022 challenging has drawn a line under that and regrouped to kick this year off in the right way
• The value of reviewing past performances and adjusting accordingly is extraordinary
• Learning and being inspired by peers saves a whole lot of time and energy learning everything yourself (and making all the same mistakes)
• Mindset is paramount to success - keeping your head in the right place consistently will be the biggest challenge in 2023
• Consistency is key! Many are reaping rewards of activity that they showed up to last year, in some cases without seeing immediate results
• Proper goal setting rocks! Our best performers of 2022 kept track on goals throughout the year, most either doing 100%, or coming pretty close, of everything they set
Please please please find a group or community to keep you focused and on track this year. Somewhere that has your peers, inspires you and picks you up when things get tough.
