[Episode 98] Loving Yourself and the Link to Kick-Arse Personal Performance – Podcast

Podcast

There is a direct link between self-esteem and personal performance. Therefore, if you want to be successful, you better love the hell out of yourself.

High levels of self-esteem raise the bar on what you deserve and therefore what you expect and are willing to accept. Raising this internal limiter opens up a huge opportunity. When you accept less, you’ll get less. When you expect more, you’ll get more.

[Episode 96] Take a Moment For Positive Reflection – Podcast

Podcast

In this episode, I talk about the importance of seeing and appreciating the positives in you, your performance, events and business. It’s these little specs of gold in, what can sometimes be, the murky, muddy waters of business that keep you motivated and makes all the effort worthwhile. If you stay in the game, you will win the bigger prizes on offer.

[Episode 94] No Such Thing As Constructive Criticism – Podcast

Podcast

Don’t be afraid to protect yourself from criticism, judgements and feedback. Unless you are generally super well adjusted or at least in the area you’re receiving feedback, all you’ll hear is the criticism.

Equally, when giving feedback, be mindful that the receiver is unlikely to find any of your criticism constructive. Most of us are vulnerable and trying our best. We feel we should be open to feedback and criticism as that’s the ‘grown up’ thing to do, but often end feeling negative about ourselves, damaged and demotivated.

[Episode 93] Keeping The Flame Alive – Podcast

Podcast

You have your goals and you’ve mapped out your plans, now what? No matter how excited and engaged with your goals you now are, and with the best of intentions moving forward, your motivation will very likely wane over time.

[Episode 92] The Workation – Podcast

Podcast

Extreme business growth requires both you and your business to evolve. My aim is to challenge your thinking and inspire greater levels of motivation whilst also getting you to start thinking bigger, to challenge your current ambition and to get you to dream bigger, to raise your expectations, to really level up your game and take control of your life as an entrepreneur so that you can take yourself and your business to the next level.

[Episode 90] Making A Fortune Meeting The Responsibility Of Massive Expectations – Podcast

Podcast

It’s a huge responsibility taking on clients with massive expectations but if you’re brave enough, it can be lucrative.

Too many play it safe. I get it, failure is uncomfortable and failing a client embarrassing. No wonder people shy away from the responsibility of meeting the high expectations of top-end clients. But, as Rolls Royce, Rolex and The Savoy will testify, it pays well.
