Too many small business owners making life unnecessarily hard for themselves by delivering bespoke services to each client. They either got into the habit during start-up and early business phases or believe that bespoke services, programmes or offerings create better products.
The truth is, unless you are charging top-end prices, offering bespoke services will hold your business growth back and potentially halt it altogether. In this episode, I also challenge the notion that somehow bespoke is better for our clients.
