Today's shout-out is for my Operations Manager, Vanessa Mole.
Vanessa has been with us coming up four years in September. I do not know what we would do without Vanessa. She is literally the backbone of BBB.
She runs all of our projects, she keeps everybody on track, including myself and George.
Everything is documented - she's got spreadsheets to manage her spreadsheets!
But she has been instrumental in helping with the rollout of a new member platform that we're going to be rolling out in September. We're going to be piloting in August and rolling it out in September. It's completely configured, ready to go. Specifically designed for BBB members to keep them on track, provide them with content, allow them to tailor their BBB experience, which is incredible. Whilst, of course, running all the other projects around that and managing everything while George and I have been away for two and a half weeks.
Vanessa, you are unbelievable. What you manage to do in the short space of time that you have with us on a weekly basis is frankly mind-blowing. Your efficiency, your effectiveness, but also just the love that you have for BBB, the love that you have for the team, and your dedication to making BBB something special is literally second to none.
