worried, panicking, feeling like a failure, stressed or fearful, then I have some words for you.
1. You are not broken. You are working through some deep stuff whilst running a business and juggling life. If you took a step back to look at yourself, you'd see how courageous you really are.
2. Every business challenge and almost all personal challenges are solvable. In my 52 years on this planet, I've been through some serious crap and I've worked my way through all of it. So have you.
3. You are way more capable that you feel right now.
4. People are predominantly good and want the best for you. We are not meant to be on this entrepreneurial journey alone. We are meant to be together, connected. Reach out and ask for help.
5. Have faith. Whether you believe in a deity, science, nature or your own unconscious, know that there is something bigger than you that you can trust in. Focus on what you want, not what you don't want. Thoughts have power.
6. Over this bank holiday weekend, spend some time connecting with the simple things that you love. Family, friends, hobbies. The things that bring you joy. Let go of the stress for a couple of days, cherish and feel gratitude for all the things you have achieved and have around you ...... and breathe.
7. Tuesday is a new (4-day) week full of lots of potential and possibility.
8. You are loved, you are safe.
You are an amazing human that has taken the difficult path of entrepreneurship. There are many pitfalls and chasms to navigate on this road but the rewards are still so worth it. You are not alone, there are millions of us! We are all experiencing the same rocky, roller-coaster road with it's incredible ups and downs as you.
In my 14 years working with business owners, I've seen countless business tragedies and seemingly business ending events turn into something s much better than was there before. It's hard to see that when you're right in it, I understand that, but like I said before, problems are solvable and nothing lasts for ever.
