I am me

When a human being is born, I believe there is unlimited possibility and potential. We are raw material. Parents have the modelling tools and start to create a version of the human being they believe you should be. However, this is based purely on their concept and idea of who you should be. You grow and start school and your friends and teachers all add their two pennies worth, moulding you into who they believe you should be.

And what happens? You might have boyfriends and girlfriends, a husband or a wife, friends, work colleagues, bosses, the world at large; all have their modelling tools out to create a version of you for themselves. This pushes onto you an idea of who and how you should be.

Now this only becomes a problem if you are starting to get lost in the process. In other words, if you're starting to lose touch with who you are, you’ll feel worse about yourself and about life as a whole.
