The general rule of thumb is to make your business as easy and frictionless as possible for your clients to get the result they pay for. In other words, be a Nespresso. However, if your business either requires your client’s deeper involvement or a fundamental aspect of your product or service requires a degree of investment of time and energy, it should be engaging, inspiring and a wonderful process. In other words, be a DeLonghi.
