Energy and the Quantum Field

I'm going a little bit out there today and talking about energy and the quantum field.  

If that’s not your thing, feel free to switch off and move on. If it is your thing, however, then stay tuned.

You'll learn very quickly that I'm not a scientist. I'm skimming the surface of this topic. But it's enough information, if you can wrap your head around it, to radically change the way you experience life.  

And that's fundamentally what we're here for - to have the best experience of life that we can. 

Quantum physics says that we are energetic beings. We are energy.  

As energy, we vibrate at various different frequencies.  

There are low level frequencies, like fear and stress and jealousy and resentment. And there are high level frequencies, like gratitude and acceptance and joy and love. The frequency we vibrate at attracts more of that frequency.  

The more we're in fear and stress and misery, the more we attract fear, stress, and misery. The more we're in love and joy and purpose and gratitude, the more we attract those to us.  

We want to be vibrating at the frequency of the life that we want to experience. I'm seriously hoping that makes sense…  

Deepak Chopra talks about the quantum field all the time - go look it up. It's like a soup of unlimited possibilities.  

Whether you believe in it or not is frankly irrelevant. You’re interacting with this soup of unlimited possibilities all day long. If you stay in the lower frequencies, you’re luring in possibilities from those frequencies. But stay in the higher frequencies of love and joy and forgiveness, for example, which I appreciate is getting tougher right now, and you’ll attract more of that.  

So let's drill that down into something a little bit more practical.  

How do we keep our frequencies high, especially with the shenanigans happening right now?  

There are lots of practical things you can do and I'm going to take you through a few.  

Number one - set goals.  

Loads of business owners know they need to be setting goals. Very few actually do. And even if they do, they rarely do it consistently.  

But setting goals and setting them in a positive way - i.e. what is it that I want to move towards rather than move away from? - starts to raise the frequency. It starts to get your brain focused on what you're moving towards, as opposed to what you're moving away from.  

Goal setting is unbelievably powerful and totally underestimated by most people. I'm a massive fan of goal setting.  

Number two - create a vision board.  

Now it may feel all woo-woo - you stick feathers on it and stuff like that. Good for you, if you do.  

Personally, I don't put feathers on my vision board, but if you're a visual person, which I very much am, you connect emotionally with the vision board. You take time to bring the images of the life that you're looking to create, or the business you're looking to create, and you emotionally connect with those images, raising your vibration. When you raise your vibration, you will attract more of that vibration.  

Daily practices.  

I am an enormous fan of daily practices. We have a tendency, as the human race, to head down to the lower frequency - the fear and all that stuff. It takes effort to keep us high.  

So I'm a big fan of daily practices. Once you've done your goals and your vision board, look at them every day, look at them regularly, really get reconnected with the emotions of your goals and your vision board.  

Have a think about what other practices you can do on a daily basis.  

Some of mine are meditation, exercise, connecting with friends and or family.  

There are certain key people that I like to listen to that really keep my vibration up. There are certain podcasts I can really recommend for you Levelling Up Podcast with George Swift.

So make sure you surround yourself with those things.  

The final thing I want to share is, don't ever give up sovereignty of your frequency to anyone or anything else.  

It is yours and yours alone. You own it.  

And it's in your power to choose how you vibrate, whether you vibrate from a high or low frequency, regardless of what's going on around you.  

I understand that it’s hard when things are tough, but you have the choice to move yourself higher. And the higher you can move yourself, the more likely you are to attract all the good stuff that you want to have happen in your life.  

I appreciate that for my usual content listeners, it is way out there, but it's a subject that's really close to my heart, and I really wanted to share it with you.
