Much of what I do is nearly invisible, but our members would soon notice if I wasn’t around! My role is to ensure everything at BBB runs smoothly. I’m an organiser and excel at making sure things get done. I spend my time gently putting shape and structure on the frenetic life of an SME business whose sole focus is the success of its members.
Outside my core role, I’m known to be a fantastic listener and I love supporting people, so if anyone ever needs to download, they often give me a shout.
