For most serviced based businesses that I work with, tailored is probably where we want to punch in. We have some basic stuff we can fall back on, and we tweak it for our clients, versus having to reinvent the wheel every single time, for every single client.
But what you might want to do is go much more off the shelf. Maybe having an off the shelf product could work really well for you, or maybe you do go for tailored, which is somewhere in the middle.
This is the package, and there's a degree of tailoring that can happen, but it's about making sure that the product works for you and for them.
The truth is, unless you are charging top-end prices, offering bespoke services will hold your business growth back and potentially halt it altogether.
Just remember it's tailored not bespoke for success!
