If you find yourself occasionally losing it, don’t panic, don’t beat yourself up, we all do sometimes. Surround yourself with a strong support group and when you’re up, you support them and when you’re down, they’ll support you.
I recently heard how the Chilean miners leaned on each other in order to survive their horrific 69-day ordeal nearly half a mile underground. They all had their upbeat moments and their hopeless times. They leaned on the positive individuals when they were struggling and provided strength and support to the group when they were upbeat.
It’s okay to occasionally lose your way, but you’ll get back on track faster if you surround yourself with the right people.
