There’s no question things are getting tougher out there for many small businesses. There’s no question that for many businesses, opportunities are thinner on the ground. There is no question that people are being more cautious about where they spend their money.

However, people are spending money and will continue to do so. If your experience is they’re not spending it with you, it’s because you and what you do, are not high on their priority list. Your customers, just like you, are evaluating their list of priorities. The uncertainty in the marketplace and its future means that more and more people, yourself probably included, are being more mindful of their money.
